How to Book an Appointment​

Online

Patients can book appointments up to 2 days in advance using the NHS App. Patients are strongly advised to use the NHS App, available 24 hours a day for on-the-day and future appointments.

If you are not registered with the NHS App, then please register using this link.

eConsultation
Describe your symptoms, administrative queries or general questions to us and we'll deal with your issue and book you with a doctor in advance, if needed.

Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 0208 208 4141.

Home Visits​

 
Home visits is a GP service provided to patients who are deemed unsafe or too unwell to leave their home to attend their GP practice. We encourage patients to come in to see their GP as there are better facilities for record access, investigations and management. 
​
Please call the surgery on 0208 208 4141 before 11am to book to request a home visit. Patients will be called back by a GP for more information and assess the urgency of the situation for a medical review.
​
Home visits are not for patients who do not have transport.
